"Love having my insurance with StateFarm and especially through Sidney's office. She has helped my husband and I a lot! We also, just started a life insurance with her and I've never had anyone else explain it like she did to us. We work all day Monday-Friday and was soo happy she was willing to set up an appointment for us on a Saturday from her own time. You never think of needing that life insurance until you have a great insurance agent explain it to you. Thank you Sidney!"

"I can laugh and joke with them. I think I should venmo Allison..? direct cash! I was driving down Canal and realized I had a payment coming due. I called and she was so helpful...'am I driving, right now, without insurance?' ...lol...No! You have a 6 month fee in 10 days....Cool. What's your venmo...we joked for 5 minutes about fees. She's a peach...and I'll find out if she's Allison or not!"

"I was charged more then abigail qouted me. then they have Refused to refund me,even though I quit this joke of a company on oct 5th. the same day they overcharged..stay away.these people are very crooked."

"Unfortunately, after 15 years of being with State Farm, we made the decision to switch insurance companies due to this specific agent's office. We moved to WA last year and moved our policies over to this office. We bought a house and they messed up our home owners insurance policy, which delayed our closing date. Not a huge deal, but then a few months ago, they messed up again. This time it was costly to us. When we spoke to Sidney about it, instead of taking responsibility for the incident, passed the buck onto her "new" employees. State Farm insurance itself is fine, but I would not recommend this specific office."
